Basic two-transistor BJT current mirror with resistor-set reference current. Transistor \(Q_1\) is diode-connected and establishes the base-emitter voltage shared with matched transistor \(Q_2\), causing the output current \(I_{\mathrm{OUT}}\) to approximately mirror the reference current \(I_{\mathrm{REF}}\).
